Cancellation Policy
Hours of operation: Monday thru Sunday 9:00 to 6:00. Please call or visit to book your lesson one to seven days in advance. A non-refundable $20.00 deposit is required to book your first lesson, which is applied to the lesson. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. A 4% charge will be applied to credit card purchases of packages. Packages are good for one year from date of purchase. All lessons have a 24-hour cancelation policy or lesson will be charged in full. Each new student, regardless of experience must start with a ½ hour evaluation lesson for the safety of the student. Students with books may schedule up to 10 lessons in advance. Students with out books can schedule lessons one at a time. Please call the office to schedule or cancel your appointments. Please leave a voice message and your call will be returned. Lesson packages are not interchangeable. For example: a one-hour lesson cannot be used for two half hour lessons. If you have a package and wish to ride for a different amount of time, you must pay for that lesson at full price. What you learn during the lesson is at the instructor's discretion, based on the students' ability/conditions during that session. Lessons topics vary. Lessons are non-refundable once the student is mounted. We reserve the right to stop the lesson at any time if the conditions become unsafe. All riders must wear long pants and closed shoes. Helmets are required. We offer helmets free of charge and if you wish to purchase a helmet, we have some for sale. If you are late for your lesson, you will be charged for the full lesson. Late time will be deducted from your lesson length. Every student must have a signed release form, students under 18 must have a waiver signed by parent or guardian.
